First Gear

In our monthly meetings we may cover things like:

• Deductibility – what can I put through my business?
• Systems and software – what signals will your dashboard give you?
• Structures – given what you want to achieve should you be in a company, a partnership, or something else?
• Tax obligations – IRD requirements covering income tax and record keeping.
• GST – do I have to?
• Financial viability – will incomings exceed outgoings? What about my hourly rate?
• Support – who will my pit crew consist of?
• The importance of working ON your business, not IN it.
• Have you got what it takes to be successful?
  
  

After three meetings we’ll re-assess to see if you are ready to change gear and upgrade to the Fine Tuning or Full Throttle options.
